WEDGE MAKING MACHINE

Automatic electric motor wedge making machine for the wedge production.

Machine automatically shape and cut round or square wedges and insert in a specific container.

PLC and operator panel where operator can memorize up to 100 programs with wedge length and number of pieces to be cut, number of slots and speed.

Wedges unwinding is made from an electric motor with encoder.

For each wedge type is necessary one tooling.

Cut of the wedges is made with a steel blade and pneumatic cylinder.

Wedges can be also heated in automatic with a resistance.

Wedges dimension : min. width 6 mm – max width 45 mm – length from 30 mm to 400 mm.

Machine in regulation with CE standard.
