Hydraulic horizontal forming machine for the shape of electric motors copper head with big dimensions.

Loading/unloading in horizontal in manual.

Machine can perform pre-forming or final forming according with the type of tooling used on the machine.

Machine movement controlled by PLC and touch screen operator panel with 100 program memory. Automatic horizontal slide to bring the stator in forming position. Tooling movement controlled from hydraulic unit with ISO hydraulic cylinder.

Tolling positioning in automatic with precision encoder. Stack height adjustmen in automatic with electric motors tooling change in automatic in 20 minutes.

Stator dimensions: min int. Ø 200 mm – max est. Ø 450 mm – stack height from 250 mm to 600 mm.

Machine in regulation with CE standard.
