FINAL FORMING MACHINE

This machine is right for the finish forming of medium and big stators head.

Work cycle can be manual or automatic. stators mounting are powered and they will be place by a basis program at the stator length.

The advance of the forming head will be done by hydraulic cylinders with electronic reading system of the measure.

The regulating nut, applied on the central cones, permit to obtain the exact measure of the crown length. The machine doesn’t need any movement of micro or stroke-end because all movements are programmable.

The crown forming, done by 4 sectors, will be perfectly cylindrical.

Programs will be done by SIEMENS PLC touch screen keyboard.

Full equipment to consist of: n.2 couple of stators mounting, n. 1 couple of cons with nut for the inside crown forming, n. 4+4 sector in nylon for the outside forming.
