AUTOMATIC SINGLE HEAD LACING MACHINE

Stitch type: Diamond.

Possibility to lace the base and the upper part of the copper head with different programs.

Stator can be with circular or square shape. Stator length from 300 mm to 900 mm.

Machine can handle any slot number requested. Program change in automatic with bar code reader. Loading /unloading of the stator in automatic. Stator support with n. 1 tooling automatically adjustable at the changeover.

Lacing cord pick up at the end of cycle in automatic. Lacing cord cut at the end of cycle in automatic. Programmable lacing cord tension for each stitch from HMI.

Int. min. diameter: 350 mm - int. max diameter: 900 mm
