MECHANIC LACING MACHINE

Automatic lacing machine for electric motors copper head with medium dimensions. Machine perform diamond type lacing with single lacing head.

Loading/unloading in vertical in manual (upon request loading/unloading with robot).

PLC and touch screen operator panel with memory of 100 programs. Lacing cord cut in automatic at end of lacing cycle.

Lacing cord pick up and release in automatic at every beginning and end of lacing cycle. Possibility to start lacing at every stator slot. Adjustable lacing cord tension in manual in 2 position.

Possibility to lace the 2 stator copper head with different programs. Stack height adjustment in manual (in automatic upon request).

Tooling change in 5 Minutes (30 sec upon request). Stator loading check in automatic.

Stator dimensions: min int. Ø 100 mm – max est. Ø 300 mm – stack height from 100 mm to 400 mm.

Machine in regulation with CE standard.
