LACING MACHINE

Characteristic of this machine is the lacing type with diamond knot of medium and big stators crowns.

The mechanical functioning is managed by PLC siemens with programmable touch-screen.

The slots division is managed by program.

Stators: Ø int. min. 100 mm. ; Ø ext. max 400 mm. Stator positioned in vertical during lacing cycle. Stator base pad adjustable for height for stators with height from 100 mm. to max 500 mm.

Lacing speed adjustable with potentiometer from 0 to 60 steatch/min.

Honeycomb or diamond shape steatching. Final knod. Adjustable thread tension. Cutter thread when request. Binding with twisted thread “thousandply” waxed and not.

Protection according to CE standards.
