ELECTRONIC LACING MACHINE

Automatic lacing machine for electric motors copper head with small and medium dimensions. Machine perform diamond type lacing with single lacing head.

Loading/unloading in vertical in manual (upon request loading/unloading with robot).

PLC and touch screen operator panel with memory of 100 programs.

Lacing cord cut in automatic at end of lacing cycle. Lacing cord pick up and release in automatic at every beginning and end of lacing cycle. Possibility to start lacing at every stator slot. Adjustable lacing cord tension in manual in 2 position.

Needle movement controlled by 3 brushless motor, therefore will be possible to lace any type of copper head as per customer specification.

Stack height adjustment in automatic. Tooling change in 5 minutes. Stator loading check in automatic.

Stator dimensions: min int. ø 50 mm – max est. ø 200 mm – stack height from 25 mm to 200 mm.

Machine in regulation with CE standard.
