SLOT BOTTOM INSULATING MACHINE

This machine pick up, fold the edge, shape and insert into stators slot of big dimension the insulating material.  

Insulating material used can be with thickness from 0,25 mm to 0,45 mm.

Stator can be with circular or square shape. Stator length from 70 mm to 400 mm.

Supplied with n.1 support for insulating material reel.

Insulating material used will be the same dimension of the slot development, so the same reel of insulating material can be used for all type of stators that has the same slot development, therefore no reel change will be required for different stator stack height and no different material storage in the warehouse will be necessary.

Machine can handle any slot number requested.

Loading/unloading of the stator in manual.

Changeover tooling for folded edge, shaping and insertion in 10 minutes.

Int. min. diameter: 50 mm - est. max diameter: 360 mm
