HORIZONTAL SLOT BOTTOM INSULATING MACHINE

Desing for use of insulating material with the same dimension of the slot development, therefore for different stator height will not be necessary different roll of insulating material but only a change of program from the operator panel.

Insulating material to be cut with thickness from 0,30 up to 0,45 mm.

Folded edge of the insulating material will be with fixed dimension. Our standard is 5 mm. in case other dimension will be required, additional tooling will be necessary.

Operator pannel, with possibility to set 100 programs.

Dimension of the stator: Ø int. min.= 60 mm. - Ø est. max. 300 mm. – stack height from 60 to 300 mm.

Loading/unloading in horizontal.

Machine in regulation with CE standard.
