PRE-FORMING MACHINE

This machine has been designed for the pre-forming of medium and big stators head.

Work cycle can be manual or automatic. Stators support are motorized and programmable for different stator size.

The tooling movement will be controlled by hydraulic cylinders with electronic reading system of the measure.

Special tooling ring installed on the tooling cone and bushing, permit to obtain the exact measure of the stator copper head.

Machine doesn’t need any micro switch  adjustment at tooling change over because all movements are programmable.
