SLOT BOTTOM INSULATING MATERIAL CUTTING MACHINE

Machine has been designed for the formation and production of slot bottom insulating material with folded edge. All the components will be nikel plated for maximum protection and durability.

The new developed system in this machine allow the use of insulating material with the dimension of the width that is the same of the development of the slot of the stator, therefore it will not be required to change the insulating material for different stack hight of the stator.

Unwinding of the insulating material will be controlled by a electric motor.

Tooling needed for cut and fold the edges. Lenght of the insulating material programmed from the operator pannel.

Insulating material width from 30 mm up to 70 mm. Sensor to detect when the insulating material end.

Machine in regulation with CE standard.
