ELECTRONIC COIL WINDING MACHINE

Machine suitable to wind coils continuously interconnected.

Forms open in automatic up to 1200 mm.

Supplied with one wire guides.

Max number of coils 24. Machine can work with up to 30 wire in parallel. Variable speed from operator panel up to 100 rpm

Machine can work clockwise and counter clockwise.

Stratification can be made from right to left or the other way around.

Operator panel touch screen with 100 programs, with possibility to store for each one: number of revolution for each coil, number of coils, wire diameter for a perfect stratification, stratification width, stop, slowing down, broken wire signal and wire tensioner.

Protection according to CE standards.
