ROTOR ELECTRONIC COIL WINDING MACHINE

Winding made with round and square copper wire

Winding rotation speed can vary from 0 to 80 rpm. (only with round wire). The rotation direction can be clockwise and counter clockwise.

Rotors are manually loaded and unloaded in horizontal. Connection and cut the copper wire must be done manually at every start and end winding cycle. Pole change completely in automatic.

Possibility to start winding from any pole (1 - 2 - 3 - 4). Ability to create during winding a “AIR GAP” at each pole.

Supplied with n. 1 rotors preparation table with one unloading area and the area of preparation. Wire tensioner at 2 positions. Each position is supply with magnetic brake and the wire tension adjustable from operator panel. N. 2 position are necessary for quick change of wire.
