ELECTRONIC COIL WINDING MACHINE

Machine suitable to wind coils continuously interconnected.

Forms holded pneumatically, one, two or three wire guides, max forms opening 450 mm, max number of coils 24.

Speed is variable by potentiometer ranging from 0 to 300 rpm.

Machine can work counter clockwise.

Stratification can be made from left to right.

Operator panel touch screen with 100 programs, with possibility to store for each one: number of revolution for each coil, number of coils, wire diameter for a perfect stratification, stratification width, stop, slowing down, can be interface with a PC. Broken wire signal connected to thread tightened.

Protection according to CE standards.
