DOUBLE HEAD COIL WINDING MACHINE

Machine designed to wind medium and big coils.

Supplied with winding double head. At the end of cycle the winding head rotate automatically. While the machine performs the winding cycle on one head, the operator can discharge the completed coils from the other head.

Open/close of the winding form in automatic at the beginning and end of cycle.

Max coil diameter up to 2000 mm. Max number of coil 24. Machine can work with up to 72 wire in parallel with Ø 2 mm. Adjustable speed from operator panel from 0 to 100 rpm.

Machine can work clockwise and counter clockwise.

Stratification can be made from right to left or the other way around.

Operator panel touch screen with 200 programs, with possibility to store for each one: number of revolution for each coil, number of coils, wire diameter for a perfect stratification, stratification width, stop, slowing down, broken wire signal and wire tensioner. Machine also connect the copper wire at the beginning of cycle in automatic and cut the copper wire at the end of cycle in automatic.
